Who we are

This site and its services are run by Imago AIDE ("Imago"). Write to contact@imago-aide.com about anything on this page.

What this site keeps, and why

• An evaluation request. The name, email, company and description you send in the form, to answer you. Kept until your request is settled, and at most 24 months.
• Licence activation. When Imago is activated on a computer: the activation code, the time, and an id of the computer made of three scrambled parts. No person's name and nothing else of the computer. Kept while the licence runs and for 365 days after it ends, to count the computers a licence may be used on.
• What testers send. Only people who test Imago under a written agreement can send reports through Imago. What they send is encrypted on their own computer before it leaves, and only Imago can open it. It is kept until the report is dealt with, and removed on request.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

Who else handles it

The site and its storage are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes this data for Imago only. It may be stored in the United States or other countries where Netlify works.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or remove what Imago keeps about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@imago-aide.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
